This level of dedication has led to the sales, leasing and management of HOA’s, Retail Plazas, Professional Parks, Multi-Family and Single-Family dwellings throughout Tampa Bay, positioning Doyle & McGrath as a well-known entity in the Real Estate Community.

Maggie McGrath
Maggie McGrath is broker and co-owner of Doyle & McGrath Real Estate & Property Management. Maggie specializes in property management, leasing and sales of office buildings, shopping centers and multi-family properties. In 2005, Maggie formed the Tampa Bay Property Company Ltd. Within 2 years as managing director, she generated sales exceeding $30 million in Florida Real Estate while working with investors. During this time Maggie began to see a real need for good property management & leasing agents in the Tampa Bay area, and together with John Doyle started the Doyle & McGrath Real Estate & Property Management brokerage.

Stacie Mixon
Stacie Mixon is Doyle & McGrath’s Controller. She has over 10 years of accounting and property management experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida. She maintains and audits all finances for management, sales and leasing, including rent collection, owner distributions, vendor payments, association budgets, tax payments, and financial statement preparation. Stacie’s attention to detail always ensures proper accounting of all transactions. Stacie is also a Licensed Community Association Manager and Notary Public.

Delia Caride
Delia Caride is Doyle & McGrath’s Director of Property Management. She has over 15 years of property management experience and oversees the day-to-day operations of the portfolio of business, budgets, and expenses. She directs, coaches, and guides staff to ensure everyone is following statute and that the best industry practices are being implemented. Delia is a Licensed Community Association Manager, a Certified Manager of Community Associations, and Notary Public.

Sarah Howard is Doyle & McGrath’s Administrative Assistant. She is the friendly face at the front desk and the voice that will most likely greet you over the phones. Sarah holds an Associate Degree in Business from Hillsborough Community College as part of the Honors Society. She is primarily focused on accounts payable and receivables, keeping our office organized, and assisting staff where needed.

Bruce Demers has more than 15 years experience in commercial sales & leasing. He specializes in industrial, retail & professional office real estate, making him a versatile and valuable force for clients. In 2012, Kimberly Driscoll teamed up with Doyle & McGrath and Bruce to form “The Home Team of Tampa Bay”. Together with Bruce, Kimberly believes the key to building client confidence and long lasting customer relationships is to always remain focused on their clients wants and needs. This “Customer First” approach makes them a winning team!

Mike Mauger is a seasoned Real Estate Professional specializing in Commercial Investments & Income Producing Properties throughout Tampa Bay. Prior to his career in Real Estate Mike held the position of Chief Financial Officer for several mortgage & investment groups, and is extremely knowledgeable of portfolio expansion, market trends and lending practices & procedures. He uses this knowledge as leverage for his clients, guiding them toward sound investments.

Before joining Doyle & McGrath RE, she was an Occupational Therapy practitioner for more than 20 years. Although Sunny is new to real estate, she has extensive experience in dealing with clients from all walks of life in various situations. She is dedicated to giving clients 100% of her time, research and expertise to meet any clients’ needs. Her friendly personality, great customer service, along with exceptional problem-solving skills provides her with the background to meet all client challenges.
