John was born in Wexford, Ireland and came to the United States in 1985. After 20 years as Chief Executive Officer of one of Tampa's most dynamic general contactors, he chose to specialize in the field of Commercial Real Estate and form Doyle & McGrath. In Johns own words,"Knowing each property personally and being aware of whats going on is the single most important way to care for an owner's property and I treat it as if it were my own". John is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, a Community Association Manager, and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
