I am writing in reference to Maggie McGrath and Doyle & McGrath Real Estate and Property Management.  The Bank has worked with Doyle & McGrath for the past year.  I have found Maggie McGrath to be an honest and hardworking realtor with immense integrity.  We have used Doyle & McGrath both as our Broker and Property Manager. In November the Bank received back a 100-unit apartment complex in South Tampa.  Doyle & McGrath under the leadership of Maggie were able to come into a very difficult situation and take control.  They were able to notify the tenants, collect the rents and have control of the property within the first two weeks.  Doyle & McGrath has furthermore been a successful Broker for us, selling several properties, including our two buildings in Ballantrae.  I appreciate Maggie’s great attitude of making her client’s a top priority, always putting the client’s satisfaction first. John Doyle and Maggie McGrath have done an excellent job for our company in not only assisting our efforts to timely dispose of our OREO at a fair and reasonable price (as well as obtaining leasing of some property where that option is currently preferable at a fair market point) but their services in listing our own property for lease with quality tenants. In one case, one of our properties (10,000 square feet) had been listed for lease for approximately four years with a number of different brokers with no success. Within a very short period, upon engaging their services, the entire space was leased.

Doyle & McGrath Real Estate LLC has been the property managers for our professional office complex since January 1, 2009. I have served as Treasurer of the association since October of 2007. Doyle & McGrath Real Estate LLC has assisted our owners association in managing the day to day business of our office park, as well as assisting me in the design and management of our budget and finances. Doyle & McGrath Real Estate has done an excellent job in developing agendas for our board meetings, facilitating the board meetings, producing our meeting minutes, and managing our board and corporate documents. They have also been exceptional in managing the vendors that service our office park.

The Doyle & McGrath Real Estate LLC management team has demonstrated skill and expertise in property management. This is evident by their investment in a property management system that allows for on-line client account access to and the production of the necessary financial reporting to properly manage an office park. Besides leading Alpha-Omega Title as CEO & founder, I am a commercial real estate investor.
