Maggie McGrath

Maggie McGrath, Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, is the Co-Owner of Doyle & McGrath Real Estate, LLC, a leading commercial brokerage firm specializing in office, retail, and industrial properties. Since 2005, she has been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth and has personally overseen the sale of hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate transactions.
In addition to brokerage, Margaret co-owns and operates a full-service property management company, where she manages a portfolio of more than 1,500 units. She leads both her team of commercial agents and property management professionals with a focus on client service, long-term value creation, and operational excellence.
Her expertise and results have earned national recognition, including back-to-back Crexi Awards in 2024 and 2025, a distinction highlighting her impact and leadership within the industry.
With two decades of experience, Maggie has built a reputation for market knowledge, negotiation strength, and trusted client relationships.
Stacie Mixon
Stacie Mixon is Doyle & McGrath’s Controller. She has over 15 years of accounting and property management experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida. She maintains and audits all finances for management, sales and leasing, including rent collection, owner distributions, vendor payments, association budgets, tax payments, and financial statement preparation. Stacie’s attention to detail always ensures proper accounting of all transactions. Stacie is also a Licensed Community Association Manager and Notary Public.
Delia Caride
Delia Caride is Doyle & McGrath’s Director of Property Management. She has over 15 years of property management experience and oversees the day-to-day operations of the portfolio of business, budgets, and expenses. She directs, coaches, and guides staff to ensure everyone is following statute and that the best industry practices are being implemented. Delia is a Licensed Community Association Manager, a Certified Manager of Community Associations, and Notary Public.
Nikki Burkett
Nikki Burkett, LCAM is Doyle & McGrath's Property Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in property management and manages multiple of our associations and commercial properties. Her bubbly personality and extended vendor relationships allows her to dissolve any situation. She expertly assists with troubleshooting, routine site visits/inspections and property management responsibilities to carry out the day-to-day management operations for our client’s and their needs.
Sarah Howard
Sarah Howard is Doyle & McGrath’s Accounting Assistant. She is the friendly face at the front desk and the voice that will most likely greet you over the phones. Sarah holds an Associate Degree in Business as part of the Honors Society and is currently striving for her Bachelor's Degree at Lynn University. She is primarily focused on accounts payable and receivables, rent collection, processing invoices, and assisting staff where needed.
Bruce & Kimberly Demers
Bruce Demers has more than 15 years experience in commercial sales & leasing. He specializes in industrial, retail & professional office real estate, making him a versatile and valuable force for clients. In 2012, Kimberly Driscoll teamed up with Doyle & McGrath and Bruce to form “The Home Team of Tampa Bay”. Together with Bruce, Kimberly believes the key to building client confidence and long lasting customer relationships is to always remain focused on their clients wants and needs. This “Customer First” approach makes them a winning team!
Mike Mauger
Mike Mauger is a seasoned Real Estate Professional specializing in Commercial Investments & Income Producing Properties throughout Tampa Bay. Prior to his career in Real Estate Mike held the position of Chief Financial Officer for several mortgage & investment groups, and is extremely knowledgeable of portfolio expansion, market trends and lending practices & procedures. He uses this knowledge as leverage for his clients, guiding them toward sound investments.
Sonya Fields
Sonya has been in the Sales industry for 20 years and joined the Doyle & McGrath team in 2017, making big strides on the commercial side. Sonya’s hands on approach, problem solving skills, and open and direct communication method provide clients with a true advocate for all of their real estate needs. In addition to working with retail, office and industrial clients, Sonya has represented a wide variety of investment clients ranging from sales and purchases of land, buildings, and businesses. Her extensive network, tenacity, and strong knowledge of the Tampa Bay area make her a dynamic choice for a preferred Real Estate Agent.
Sunny Claussen
Sunny Claussen has been a Real Estate Agent since 2023 and specializes in commercial buildings, income producing properties, lands as well as residential properties and leases. Before joining Doyle & McGrath, she was an Occupational Therapy practitioner for more than 20 years. Although Sunny is new to real estate, she has extensive experience in dealing with clients from all walks of life in various situations. She is dedicated to giving clients 100% of her time, research and expertise to meet any clients’ needs. Her friendly personality, great customer service, along with exceptional problem-solving skills provides her with the background to meet all client challenges.
