John Doyle is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Community Association Manager and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. As a Real Estate Professional, John works diligently to provide the highest level of customer support and service to our clients. This level of dedication has led to the sales, leasing and management of HOA’s, Retail Plazas, Professional Parks, Multi-Family and Single-Family dwellings throughout Tampa Bay, positioning Doyle & McGrath as a well-known entity in the Real Estate Community.

Maggie McGrath

Maggie McGrath is broker and co-owner of Doyle & McGrath Real Estate & Property Management. Maggie specializes in property management, leasing and sales of office buildings, shopping centers and multi-family properties. In 2005, Maggie formed the Tampa Bay Property Company Ltd. Within 2 years as managing director, she generated sales exceeding $30 million in Florida Real Estate while working with investors. During this time Maggie began to see a real need for good property management & leasing agents in the Tampa Bay area, and together with John Doyle started the Doyle & McGrath Real Estate & Property Management brokerage.

Bruce & Kimberly Demers

Bruce Demers has more than 15 years experience in commercial sales & leasing. He specializes in industrial, retail & professional office real estate, making him a versatile and valuable force for clients. In 2012, Kimberly Driscoll teamed up with Doyle & McGrath and Bruce to form “The Home Team of Tampa Bay”. Together with Bruce, Kimberly believes the key to building client confidence and long lasting customer relationships is to always remain focused on their clients wants and needs. This “Customer First” approach makes them a winning team!

Erin constantly studies market values, new building development and analyzes supply and demand throughout Tampa Bay, ensuring her clients don’t lose time or money when searching for the perfect property. She is an expert negotiator and experienced in short sales and distressed properties. Erin specializes in both commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Mike Mauger is a seasoned Real Estate Professional specializing in Commercial Investments & Income Producing Properties throughout Tampa Bay. Prior to his career in Real Estate Mike held the position of Chief Financial Officer for several mortgage & investment groups, and is extremely knowledgeable of portfolio expansion, market trends and lending practices & procedures. He uses this knowledge as leverage for his clients, guiding them toward sound investments.

Jennifer Bravo

Jennifer has a true passion for real estate with 16 years of experience buying, selling and managing properties. She joined the team at Doyle & McGrath in order to assist her clients finding properties that meet their needs and provides attention to detail and is dedicated to serving her clients from start to finish. Jennifer is certified as a TTI Success Insights Behavioral Analyst and aspires to help people reveal the HOW, WHAT and WHY behind the decision process. She has used these tools to successfully negotiation multi-million dollar contracts and continues to improve her strategies and skills to benefit her clients.

Debbie Prescott

Debbie Prescott has over ten years of experience as a Real Estate professional and currently holds a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Her past work experiences include project management for new construction, training new real estate agents and extensive knowledge of the hotel and restaurant industry. Debbie is a detail-oriented dedicated sales person who focuses on professionalism and follow through. Her goal is to achieve top dollar for her clients’ listings and finding the best opportunities for buyers and tenants.

Stacie Mixon is Doyle & McGrath’s Comptroller. She maintains and audits all finances for management, sales and leasing, including rent collection, owner distributions, vendor payments, association budgets, tax payments, and financial statement preparation. Stacie’s attention to detail ensures proper accounting of all transactions at all times.
